Mohamed Asfoury was designated by Nadia Karsi the sister of the deceased Mr Rachid Karsi, through a power of attorney to Handel basically all the  payments arrangement and to disburse all the funds collected from the gofundme to the funeral home and all related expenses to the international transfer of the deceased body of Mr Rachid Karsi
