Brooke Moore-White Has Multiple Sclerosis
Donativo protegido
Hi - I'm Brooke Moore-White, a high school teacher born and raised in Los Angeles. Last year, after simply thinking I was having trouble with my vision, I found myself being hospitalized multiple times. After months of uncertainty, I now know that I have Multiple Sclerosis - an autoimmune disease that, right now, is not curable but treatable. In my journey, it has begun attacking my optic nerves.
The financial strain has been overwhelming between hospital stays, missed work, and adjusting my health insurance to ensure better care for myself. My most recent hospitalization this month has left me with $6,000 in new medical bills.
Any support you can give through donations or simply by sharing my story would mean the world to me as I navigate this new reality.
Asking for help isn't easy, but the reality is that I can't do this alone.
