In 2023 Brooke was diagnosed, after months of doctors trying to figure it out, with a Rare Unnamed Cancer with an Inflamed A-Typical Spindle Cell Mesenchymal Tumor. She underwent chemo and radiation in 2024. At her 2025 follow up scan in October they decided they needed to remove a part of the tumor that was still alive. This surgery was Novemember 11, 2025.
