Justice For Lou

We have some very sad news on Lou. Based on a tip from someone following our story, I was led to an island this morning on Pelican Lake just outside of Buffalo. This person was out ice fishing with some family members. The kids were playing on the island and found a dogs body. It was Lou. He was shot and killed. Someone shot him two times-once with a shotgun slug and one with smaller caliber round.

We don’t even know what to say or where to start.
We believe he was killed 2-3 week ago. It appears he was shot somewhere else and his body was dumped on the island. It was a very secluded location but there is no evidence he was killed there.

We took Lou’s body to our vet where they took X-rays. No sign of any remaining bullet fragments for evidence so the Wright County Detective came out to take photos of his body and the wounds. We have no leads and are looking for any information that would be helpful. Someone has to know something. The location is 40th Street NE and Edmonson Ave NE.
Fox 9 will be coming out early next week to do a follow up story. Hopefully with the news coverage and social media, we can find this absolute disgrace of a human being.
