Help Us Save Our Sweet Puppy Goose

Our baby Goose is fighting for his life. Yesterday morning, our playful, curious little puppy had a freak accident with an electrical cord which is one of those things you never think could happen until it does. Being so young, he gets into everything, and this time it left his lungs filled with fluid and struggling to work on their own.

Goose has been hospitalized since the moment it happened. He’s currently on high-flow oxygen, working to breathe and heal. The vets are optimistic because he’s young and full of life, but they’ve also told us that recovery will take time. Time for his lungs to absorb the fluid. Time for his body to catch up. Time we desperately want to give him.

But the hardest part is that time comes with a cost. Every hour he stays on oxygen is critical to his survival, but it’s also piling up bills that we never expected and simply can’t keep up with on our own.

Goose isn’t just a puppy, he’s a piece of our family. He loves playing fetch and stealing socks. He has so much life left to live, and it breaks our hearts to see his toys untouched while he’s in the hospital.

We’re asking for help so we can keep him on the oxygen he needs for as long as his body needs it in order to heal. Any donation, no matter how small, gets us one step closer to bringing our boy home and back to chasing his brothers, back to playing fetch, back to being the joyful puppy he deserves to be.
