Fox & Owl began in the UK as a simple idea:
create a place where good beer, comfort food, film, and community all live under one roof.
What started as a small brewery and taproom grew into a space where people stayed longer than they planned to — for a second pint, a film they hadn’t seen before, or a conversation with someone new. That’s the feeling we want to recreate in Fair Grove.
We moved with the intention of starting slowly — bringing a food truck, meeting people, and letting the right opportunity present itself. Unexpectedly, Fair Grove felt like home almost immediately, and we’ve already found a property we hope will become Fox & Owl’s permanent location.
While paperwork, licensing, and renovations are underway, we didn’t want to sit quietly behind the scenes. We want to start building something with the community, not just for it.
That’s why we’re launching first with our food truck on the lawn, serving stone-baked pizza and wings, hosting small gatherings, and getting to know the people who will shape what Fox & Owl becomes here.
With your support, we can move faster toward opening the full venue — a British-style microbrewery, pour-your-own pint taproom, 20-seat independent cinema, and relaxed social space where everyone is welcome.
This isn’t about rushing or cutting corners. It’s about shortening the distance between an idea and a place where people can gather, share a drink, watch a film, and feel like they belong.
