Bring Christmas Cheer to Institut Montfort as They Rebuild

It is with a heavy heart that I share with you the devastating year that our beloved Institut Montfort for the Blind and Deaf in Haiti has endured. On August 7, 2024 the school was vandalized by armed gangs - postponing the opening of the new school year. With the help of many; including BND USA Foundation, Institut Montfort has been able to rebuild enough to open the school year this past October 2024. Their buildings and also their special teaching equipment for the hearing and blind has been vandalized.

So this year I come to you with a request to raise a minimum of $10,000 to help with some Christmas Cheer and assist with new equipment as specified by Sister Lamercie of Institut Montfort. I am grateful to share the news that BND USA Foundation will double every dollar raised in this fundraiser!

This is the seventh year that we raise funds during Christmas for this incredible organization - and this year it seems to be the most heart-wrenching.

Please help me bring Christmas Cheer to over 400 deaf and blind children and their caretakers this year! I cannot imagine what these children have been through already... together we can ensure they are able to celebrate in the spirit of Christmas!

Thank you for making this year, despite all, a sweet reminder that no matter what... these children are not forgotten.
