Brian Stewarts Cancer Medical Costs
On March 26, 2017 Brian was jaundice and went into the hospital and the doctors saw there was a blockage and put a stint in to help move things along. They had seen a tumor on his bile duct on the CT and biopsied it. The results from the biopsy they took while placing the stint in came back on the 28th and said that the tumor was cancerous. On April 21st the doctors were suppose to do whipple surgery to remove the tumor, part of his bile duct, his gallbladder felt hard ( which they believe there might be cancer in there) but it's too dangerous to biopsy, they saw two nodules on the outside of his liver and one is cancerous, and they also saw multiple sesame seed size spots on the lining of his abdomen. Brian has Stage 4 Cancer and all the doctors can do for him is chemotherapy. He had his first chemo treatment on May 16th. We are being very hopeful he takes to it and it can stop spreading and hopefully shrink it until all the cancer disappears.
