There is no better feeling than having a loved one beat cancer. Every day that I wake up, knowing that I can talk to or see my mom I feel incredibly blessed. My mom is a new person. Spending time with lifelong friends, attending social events that she wouldn’t have before...laughing until she cries with her sister. We are asking for help in buying her a portable oxygen concentrator so she can get out and enjoy some of the things we all tend to take for granted. The cost is between $2,000-$3,000. Unfortunately Medicare doesn’t cover these machines that would help so many people live a more active life. Anything helps, even if we can raise half of what the cost would be that would be amazing.
