Brandy tested positive for COVID 19 on Sunday November 15th (Jared also ended up finding out that he was positive as well) She was then admitted to the hospital November 19th (which is the last time that Jared was able to see his wife) and then was transferred to Rochester to St. Mary's and was there for about 17 days. During this time she was having tests done on her voice because she could not talk, it is believed she had a seizure and then ended up being put on a CPAP. On December 3rd she was transported to the ICU where she was put on a ventilator and put on her stomach to help with breathing. Brandy had underlying conditions with rheumatoid lung disease at the young age of 39 and combined with this virus she was not able to pull through. Brandy lost her battle on Sunday December 6th. Jared had no idea that the day he brought his wife to the hospital would be the last time he would see her coherent. He was able to see her and say goodbye the day she took her last breath.
Jared and Brandy met in October 2015 at a bowling league and Jared proposed at her family lake cabin in Sauk Center in 2017 and the next year on August 18th 2018 they were married. In 2017 Jared got her a Christmas present that was her little fur baby daughter Bailey which they both loved and spoiled rotten. Jared and Brandy loved to fish, go to the cabin, she loved to shop and go to the Mall of America and they both loved to spend time together. She loved to decorate and watch her shows. She will be greatly missed by her family and friends.
These funds will be used to help cover funeral expenses, medical bills that insurance does not cover and other unknows that may come up. Jared wants to thank everyone for the support he has received and all of the thoughts and prayers. Brandy will be truly missed.
