Brain hemorrhage Medical Expenses for Adelita Mondragon

My name is Teresa , I would like to raise some funds to help us pay for my sister Adelita Mondragon medical bills, and a possible surgery for brain blood drainage. it will truly be a blessing to my family and I, if anyone is willing to help, no matter how small your donation is, it will make a big difference for our family during this though time, my family and I will be forever grateful and thankful for the help given. I will share how everything started and what my sister is currently dealing with.

About 3 weeks ago my sister started with an upset stomach which later in the day she started vomiting, everything she ate she would vomit, even the water she was drinking, about 3 days after she stopped eating completely because her stomach would not hold anything, started experiencing headaches, dizziness among other symptoms, she continued vomiting all day every day for 5 days no medication was helping at all, and she was also vomiting the medication, on day 6 her daughter took her to a clinic to have some labs done, on day 7 they received the results which "showed" that she had salmonella, at this point she was just lying on bed because she was dehydrated and weak for not eating and drinking enough fluids. Her daughter rushed her to another private doctor for her treatment, she handed the labs to the doctor and the doctor started the treatment for salmonella immediately, without even doing their own labs since he assumed that the labs were correct, they put her into treatment via IV, my sister at that point was very weak, she stayed at that clinic for 2 days and the doctor sent her back home saying that the salmonella was under control and that she was going to be ok, my sister was still not eating anything because her stomach was rejecting everything even the medication, my niece took my sister back home just with the " salmonella" medication she seemed to be better for one day after going home, the day after again she started vomiting for 2 more days, again she was rushed to another private clinic because the previous doctor did not helped, this time the doctor told my niece that she had a bad blood infection that needed to be treated along with the " salmonella" that the results showed, my sister has been transfered from one place to another since then, because apparently the doctors has no knowledge of what they are dealing with:( onve again my sister was taken back home with even more medication that her stomach couldn't even hold, she still with no food in her stomach and barely drinking electrolytes, on Friday, August 22, she couldn't hold herself standing anymore, she was dizzy with blurry vision and could barely talk, she started complaining about neck pain, a few minutes after that neck pain she started having convulsions and once again was rushed to another doctor, and he immediately started with another treatment trying to stabilize her, the doctor was asked to have more labs done and he said that she had a blood infection, he told us that she was going to stay with them for at least 3 more days, and that he was going to order a tomography after the 3 days. She was there from Friday to the night of Saturday August 23, that same night she was once again transferred to another doctor because she was not responding to any medication given, this time someone referred him to us. On Sunday August 25, my sister continues without any food, she was given oxygen and IV fluids for dehydration and the new doctor immediately ordered a head tomography, my sister had 2 more convulsions when the doctor was about to check the results, this time she lost consciousness, was unresponsive and with a lost look. Later a neurosurgeon told us that my sister's brain was very swollen with nternal brain bleeding:( and told us that she NEVER had "salmonella" nor " blood infection" all the time she was dealing with swollen brain and brain hemorrhage:( immediately after the results, the doctor gave her the proper anti inflammatory medication, and said that he was going to perform a surgery to have the blood drained, but unfortunately a part of her brain is already dead and the neurosurgeon told us that there's nothing he can do about that:( her hospital stay is undefined at the moment. She has not eaten anything yet, She is currently with oxygen, barely responding and seems that she is barely recognizing her loved ones:(

Please don't hesitate to go to the doctor when dealing with such thing as vomiting, dizziness, neck pain and headaches:(
