Blair's surgery

I am a mother of 2  children working with a single income.  I suffer from chronic back pain and and difficulty walking.  I was diagnosed with cebral palsy from birth and the effects have become more apparent over the recent time.  It is to the point that it is affecting my daily life from being able to lift and move to my ability to walk and stand.  This is not an elective surgery but something that is medically needed.  We do have insurance but financially are struggling to come up with the funds for the pre-op visits, co-pays, deductables, and othe expenses needed to move forward.  Any help is greatly appreciated and viewed as a blessing.  Thanks.
