Birthday Donation to Hazelden Betty Ford Chicago

Hi Everyone - As you all know, I have gone Detox and rehab in the last year for my alcohol and drug addiction problem. I have come so far and so proud of how far I have come.

I couldn't have done it without the help of Hazeldon Betty Ford here in Chicago. They have been amazing in helping me in my journey and couldn't have done it without them.

For my 29th Birthday this year, I would love to donate to them for everything they have/are done for me. My journey is far from over and I am continuing to grow.
