Volunteer Trip to Belize City

The morning of my 25th Birthday last month I felt this overwhelming desire to give back. I've always wanted to help people and  I thought by choosing my career path in Environmental, Health, and Safety that desire would be filled. However, in my heart, I know there's more I can do to positively impact people's lives. In March, I will be traveling to Belize City for 6 weeks to volunteer at an orphanage for kids aged 4-17. While there, I'll be helping the orphanage staff with daily chores, engaging in after school activities with the kids such as  helping  with homework, doing arts and crafts, or playing, and teaching at the preschool that is located within the orphanage. The program I am going through is called A Broader View (https://www.abroaderview.org).
