Please help Save María Esperanza

María Esperanza is a beautiful 2 year old Venezuelan girl who has been diagnosed with a tumor on her neck. She's the daughter of two of the most amazing people I know and who live in Venezuela. The tumor continues to grow, creating pressure on her digestive and breathing track making it impossible to eat or breathe. The operation needs to be performed by specialized doctors in Spain and her family doesn't have the funds to pay for the surgery or the trip. Please help me make a difference on this beautiful girl's life.
