Most of you know our daughter, Beth. She has been married to her husband, Mark, for 23 years and they have six beautiful children.

We know it's been a while since everyone has been updated on our Beth's condition. Some of you may not even know what's been going on the last 16 months, so let us recap for everyone. Back in February of 2024, she began to lose her vision in her left eye. After many eye doctor appointments, she was finally sent to the hospital for an MRI where they then learned she had a large cancerous tumor on her pituitary gland in her brain. One month later, she had her first brain surgery to try and remove the massive tumor. The tumor has completely blinded her in her left eye and she is still currently blind with no hope of her eyesight ever returning. A few weeks after surgery, an MRI showed that the doctor was not able to remove the entire tumor, so at this point, it was decided a 2nd and 3rd brain surgery would be once again needed to remove what was left. After a few weeks of healing, Beth, Mark, and our 6 grandchildren had to move 3 hours away for Beth to receive a certain kind of radiation called Proton Beam. She did 37 treatments of this radiation and then they were able to move back home. She was scheduled for a post-radiation scan 4 weeks after completing radiation. Unfortunately, the results were not what we were praying for. The scan showed two new spots had grown sometime during radiation or after. Beth's medical team came together once again to formulate a plan. It was decided she would once again need a 4th and 5th brain surgery. They went in through her nose multiple times to remove the tumor as well as opening her skull twice to try and get to the exact spot to ensure the doctors were able to remove as much as possible. They decided after surgery in June she would need more of the Proton Beam radiation, which means they have to figure out the logistics of how they are going to financially afford a place to live for 8 weeks once again while she receives the radiation 3 hours from home. This also comes with all the medical expenses they have piling up, gas, food, and unexpected things that will arise. Many of you have reached out asking how you can help. There are 3 ways.

1.) Donating to their GoFundMe. All money collected will go towards anything related to her condition.

2.) Pray - We never dreamt our daughter would be dealt this card. As a parent, it's something you never want to hear. Please agree with us in prayer that she will officially be cured and delivered from cancer.

3.) We kindly ask you to spread her GoFundMe.

Thank you for taking the time to read this and God Bless.
