Benefit for Sal Casale

In 2014, Sal was hospitalized and diagnosed with kidney failure. Following several weeks in the hospital and several surgeries, Sal resumed his career as a mortgage broker. Sal also resumed his personal life. He and Dina Macaluso began their relationship shortly prior to Sal’s hospitalization in 2014. She has been by his side every day of his struggle. They have since become engaged and their first child Carmine was born in September 2015!!!
In August 2016, Sal’s condition worsened to End Stage Kidney Failure. Both of his kidneys no longer function at all. As a result, he has been undergoing dialysis three times per week ever since and is in need of a kidney transplant. Due to the lengthy duration of dialysis as well as the physical toll that the treatments have on him, Sal has been unable to work since August 2016. Sal is an amazing father, a tremendous family-oriented man and is an all around great guy. And he needs your help!
