Hi,

My name is Andrea Ruddy, and I am fundraising for my three-year-old nephew Beau and his family.

In early January, Beau was diagnosed with soft tissue cancer located in his bladder. He had surgery to remove most of the tumors and is receiving treatment at the University of Iowa Stead Family Children's Hospital. Over the next 12 months, Beau will receive chemotherapy and radiation treatments.

My sister Laura cannot work as much as she usually does, and medical bills are no fun. My goal with this fundraiser is to raise money to help them with everyday expenses while supporting Beau through treatment.

Encouraging thoughts for the whole family - including Laura, Nate, big brother Lane and Beau are greatly appreciated.
