Beat Dementia 31 Miles in May

Hi, my name is Dairine ans I am fundraising for The Mater Hospital Foundation, Stay Active, Beat Dementia. I am doing 31 Miles in May. I decided to do this fundraiser for my Grandad Jimmy. He was such a strong, independent man who always made everyone around him laugh. Sadly, Jimmy got dementia and became a shell of the person he once was. Working in a nursing home I have learned that dementia is a very sad, challenging illness that affects everybody. Any donation is really appreciated for this great cause.
