Bear get medical treatment

My name is bear and my health has been steadily degrading over the past two years to the point that it has impacted most aspects of life for me. I recently was finally able to see a doctor here who strongly suggests i come in for medical imaging to see what exactly is going on, but his initial theory is ive had a stroke. I constantly suffer from nausea, dizziness and black outs, and lose feeling in one of my hands, and the opposite leg goes numb. I have fallen a few times due to this, and keep on dropping things. My diet has suffered as well because i cannot swallow as well, i am constantly aspirating both food and water. I do not have insurance, but i desperately need help. I would like to be able to get this scan done, and some medical aides like a walker and bracers, etc. I am employed but i make less money than i was supposed to be hired in at, and my boss is agitated by my slow movement and makes fun of/yells at me. I just want to get better.

Update: had my initial medical screening done and have some answers. My thyroid is causing a lot of problems im having, i have graves disease and lupus. I have been getting sick frequently to the point its impacting my work, and my leg issues have worsened. I have another round of testing to do, and i am struggling.
