Bears recovery from Emergency Surgery

This is the inital situation. He has since had surgery and waiting on results. His Mom has MAXED every Credit Card she has to get this far and is in need of help. Can you please help her Save her Boy Bear!
So some of you may know that my Bear, 2 years old, has bilateral hip dysplasia that doesn't bother him at all so I didn't surgically correct and he has elbow dysplasia as well and had one surgery for and probably needed another one and has been on long term rimadyl for pain control. So, Bear is usually a very spunky happy go lucky Berner. He started not acting right just per my observation and most importantly I noted that when we went outside he would just sit down and not go to the bathroom, I especially found this odd first thing in the morning as we all know everyone has to pee bad first thing! Then he wouldn't go before I left for work then he wouldn't want to get up to go out, when he always wants to go out! So, thinking it might be the rimadyl I cut it back then stopped it as I was planning on anyway as I needed to assess his elbow pain as he needed to see the ortho DR again to make further decision about surgery. So, I made an appt it was 2 months before annual and I just made annual and demanded blood work as I thought something was wrong with his kidneys. Well, nothing was wrong with kidneys, but I was told my intuition was right. He had no signs of infection, all the urine samples I brought were normal, kidneys normal BUT his liver enzymes were WAY elevated! He has no opportunity to get into anything in the yard, no standing water access for possible lepto, nothing!! So, we did a week of antibiotics, Pepcid as all he wants to do is eat grass, and liver support denamarin and today was his repeat blood draw. The results were WORSE! We have no idea why! After 2 days of antibiotics he was peppy spunky old bear but then yesterday back to not acting right bear. So, this is ? inflammation ? infection ? cancer. My vet recommended URGENT referral to which specialist that can get him in soonest for an ultrasound guided liver biopsy!! Anyone have any thoughts or experience with this? Please pray for my Bear! I just lost Zeus, I can't lose Bear!
