Baby Diesel’s Emergency Surgery Fund

Hi. My name is Diesel, everyone who loves me calls me Baby D. I’m currently in the hospital @ VEC Toronto undergoing an MPL Pallate Luxation Surgery. My Dad, Reid has done everything he possibly can to ensure I have been well taken of since he adopted me on May 12th, 2020. He even holds an Insurance Policy that he pays into every month to ensure if anything happens to me, I will get the care I need. This August I had a leg trauma and was diagnosed with a dislocated kneecap, that requires surgery. We fully anticipated this injury would be covered under our pet policy and to our surprise today- the claim was denied. This is the hardest thing my Dad has had to do —reach out to our friends and family for help! The bill must be paid when I am discharged this Sunday and that has put him in a very difficult situation. My Daddy & I will forever be grateful for your understanding, compassion and assistance.
