Student computers and support carts

Hello ~
I am a teacher in a rural Wisconsin school district that is categorized as impoverished. We have a student population of approximately 200 in our building.
The newest textboooks that we have in the social studies department are from 2007 and in some cases our textbooks, that are still in use, are from 1989.
So, I have been given permission to put together a proposal for new textbooks. I have been able to put together a proposal for new techbooks for our 7th, 8th, and 9th grades, which the school board has approved.

I now need a platform from which to launch the "techbooks". I have looked at five different computers that will support the new techbooks and the streaming that goes with it. I would like to be able to purchase two classroom sets of computers, 30 each, and a charging cart for each classroom by July 1st, 2016. The money will be used to purchase these items for the students. The techbooks will enable our students to have the most up-to-date information necessary for them to compete with the rest of the world.

I know that if I am able to accomplish this for my students that it will be greatly appreciated by them and our community. Many of them rarely travel and this wil open the world to them. Many do not have internet access at home. This will directly impact approximately 100 students per year in grades 7th, 8th, and 9th. This will help to make their learning more interesting and engaging than the methods we currently have at our disposal.
