Help my sister stay housed

Hello,

My wonderful sister is going through an extremely difficult time and really needs help. Last year, they lost their job and had an extremely difficult time finding a new one. In December, we thought all was well, when they were hired at a seemingly great job, until that job laid them off unexpectedly in February. They have been working part time, but have physical limitations due to chronic illness and disability. Now, their husband is leaving and isn't going to be paying bills anymore. They are already behind in rent due to the extremely difficult financial situation they've been in, and on top of the heartbreak of being left by the love of their life and other private losses they've suffered this year, they're now completely screwed financially. I really want to avoid them getting evicted because they won't be able to rent again for seven years if so. Please consider donating whatever you can. They are a sweet, empathetic person who loves animals and cares very deeply for their friends and family
