A best friend for life is not easy to find. Lucky for me, mine walked into our second grade classroom 42 years ago and has never walked away. Nina is a bright light to those lucky enough to know her! She is joyful, spiritual, a passionate supporter of her friends and family, and an amazing mom to beautiful Lily.  As most of you know, she was recently diagnosed with breast cancer- Invasive Lobular Carcinoma to be exact. She took the news like a champ and is, in her typical fashion, ready to "kick cancer's ass". Insurance will cover some costs (thank goodness!!) but her family needs our support to keep them on track during this very difficult time. Nina will be heading in for surgery on Tuesday, July 15th.
