Mi nombre es Walter Cullispuma y hoy les pido ayuda con el corazón en la mano. Mi sobrino, Jorge Fernando Lema Cullispuma, ha estado luchando contra un cáncer metastásico desde noviembre del 2024. A pesar de recibir inmunoterapia, su cuerpo no ha reaccionado bien y ha desarrollado complicaciones graves en el corazón y otros órganos. Ahora, los médicos han dicho que su cuerpo no resistiría más tratamientos y que le quedan pocos días de vida.

Estamos haciendo todo lo posible para que su mamá pueda estar con él en estos momentos tan difíciles. Ella está en Ecuador, y estamos gestionando una visa humanitaria para traerla lo antes posible. Pero el proceso es difícil y necesitamos apoyo para hacerlo realidad.

Su seguro expiró este mes de Marzo, y Fernando ya lleva más de seis meses sin poder trabajar. Si Dios obra un milagro y él logra recuperarse, necesitará apoyo para su recuperación. Y si su destino es otro, queremos asegurarnos de que su mamá pueda estar con él y también cubrir los costos de su traslado a Ecuador.

Por eso, hoy les pido que nos ayuden con lo que puedan. Cada donación, por pequeña que sea, nos acerca a darle a Fernando y su familia el apoyo que tanto necesitan. Si no puedes donar, por favor comparte esta campaña con más personas.

El 25% de los fondos recaudados será donado a otra persona que también esté pasando por estos momentos tan duros.

My name is Walter Cullispuma, and today I am asking for help from the bottom of my heart.

My nephew, Jorge Fernando Lema Cullispuma, has been battling metastatic cancer since November 2024. Despite undergoing immunotherapy, his body has not responded well, leading to severe complications in his heart and other organs. Now, doctors have said that his body can no longer withstand treatment and that he only has a few days left to live.

We are doing everything possible to bring his mother to be with him during these difficult moments. She is in Ecuador, and we are working on obtaining a humanitarian visa to bring her here as soon as possible. However, the process is challenging, and we need support to make it happen.

His insurance expired this March, and Fernando has been unable to work for over six months. If God performs a miracle and he recovers, he will need financial support for his recovery. And if his fate is different, we want to ensure that his mother can be with him and that we can cover the costs of his repatriation to Ecuador.
