Awesome Dawson Fund

So.... hopefully you’ve all seen the GOOD NEWS!  Awesome Dawson is FINALLY home!!!!   I know some of you know his story but many don’t.  With the permission of his parents, the short version of his story is that Dawson was born on June 14, 2018 with a cleft palate, a tumor in his airway, and a meningocele.  Biopsies of the tumor have come back both benign and nonaggressive.  Because the tumor involves his airway and is communicating with the meningocele, many specialists have decided that surgery can’t be done until Dawson is 12-18 months old.  They will follow it closely until then, of course!  Also, because he has this in his airway, he needed to be fed through a tube.  He now has a Gastric tube to feed.  Brandon and Kelsi had to go through extensive training to care for Dawson at home and will have nursing support, respiratory, and many therapists (OT, Speech, and Physical), in addition, to trips to specialists, AI, and GI clinic, etc!  They have a extremely busy year or more ahead of them but are AMAZING parents that will no doubt handle it like champs!  Dawson and Karsynn are both blessed to have two very strong, loving, devoted, and fantastic parents!  We are sooo proud of them!  With all that being said, Kelsi will not be able to go back to work for quite some time.  Many people have reached out in the last few months asking how they could help.  Brandon and Kelsi had been so focused on learning to take care of him and getting him home that they couldn’t really answer that question at that time.... other than prayers!  Thank you soooo much for the prayers, they have worked and we ask that you PLEASE continue to keep them in your prayers!  At this time, we are going to start a go fund me page to raise funds for them to help with all their expenses and bills in general, so they don’t have to feel the need to ASK when they need!  They had planned on being back to two incomes by now.   In addition, now they have some added expenses!  If you would like to help take some added stress off of them so that they can take care of their beautiful babies without having to worry so much about money please consider donating!  Thank you!  I know that they will be very appreciative of anything you can do!
