The hardest thing I've ever had to do in my fifteen (15) year professional career as a chef was to lay off my five (5) person team of this legendary Harbour Island eatery.  As a new Bahamian small business owner just 18 month into the ownership of The Dunmore Deli, a global pandemic brought life to a halt as we know it, something I never imagined.
