Austin Fyke's Medical Fundraiser

Austin Fyke's is a sophomore at Mt. Zion High School, in Mt. Zion, IL. He is a very talented musician and is active in his highschool band; show Choir combo; and his church.

Austin left last Thursday for a school band trip to New York City. He and his mother Gail Fyke (chaperone) became concerned when Austin's health seemed to be declining.

A text from his mother Gail reads...

"He is stable but headed for a long journey of healing. We are here for 2-3 weeks after surgery today and then follow up Care with surgeons closer to home. He will have craniotomy and sinus surgery today and repair of a deviated nasal septum. He's very scared but being brave."

So God has definitely been watching over Austin... he placed him at a hospital with extremely skilled surgeons. So we are asking you to help this family. They will be without an income and high medical expenses. They will be in NJ for 2-3 weeks in a hospital miles away from home. No local support network. They will have the costs of transportation, food, and hotel while in New Jersey, and to get home.

We need your support to help lift the financial burdens off of this mother. She needs to be able to focus on her child's needs. If you don't know Gail, she has spent many years as a nurse and a nursing instructor. She always gives her everything to everyone... and to all she does. Austin is a kind young man, who loves his music!
