Gibson House Fire

Monday night, November 16, 2020, Mary Gibson and her son, Adam Gibson, lost everything to a house fire in Owen's Cross Roads. Thankfully, Mary, Adam, and their dog (Murphy) were able to get out in time but the fire started in the garage and along with the house, both cars were a total loss. Mary & Adam are longtime residents of Scottsboro. Mary has served the community for over 30 years as a Nuclear Medicine Technician at Highlands Medical Center. Adam is a 1997 graduate of Scottsboro High School and employee of Southern Heating and Cooling for 20 years.

Mary and Adam are 2 of the most selfless people you could ever meet. Both have a giving and loving heart. They are always the first to lend help in any way they can and would never consider nor accept anything in return. We would like to help them now. We are collecting donations in effort to help Mary and Adam rebuild their lives starting with immediate needs. Even with insurance, the amount of loss they have sustained is extensive and with the loss of both vehicles, the process will be even harder. Any denominational help would be greatly appreciated.
