Hello family & friends . For those that don’t know me , my name is Paola. As the current events take place in Los Angeles my heart hurts for all of those being affected… one of them being my dad. I would never come on here to ask for any help but this time I feel like it is my responsibility to do anything I can for my dad since he’s the only parent my sister & I have left after my moms passing… If you know my dad you know he’s always been a hard working person & if you don’t know him then I can tell you that for all 30 years he’s been here he’s always had his own business and worked hard everyday to provide a better life for my sister & I. However with these on going raids he is unable to work due to the fear of being deported. Business has also been slow in DTLA ( santee alleys) since majority of the population is Latino. This business is his only source of income & I am mainly asking for assistance to help him pay his rent & immigration lawyer fees as his case is still pending.
