- I am lost right now. My name is Dianna. I am a 38(39 in a few days) mom of a wonderful 12 year old young man. I am a Geriatric nursing assistant. I stopped working several months ago, after my mom's first heart attack in February so i could be home and keep s better eye on my mom and grandmother. The beautiful lady in the picture with us is Mom. Our mom was my other person in life. I miss her so much. Patty, our mom. was the most kind and giving person i have ever met. She passed away on August 14, 2024. From heart failure and pneumonia. My family and I are crushed. She was the glue that held our family together. I don't think she knew that but that woman was one of a kind and had a soul that made the world a better place. She is already so missed. Our mom had life insurance but the policy was just started in January. It only covered a very small amount. My mom, my 12 year old son and I live with my grandmother. My mom took care of my grandmother. She did it with out a second thought. Iv had quite a few people ask about sending flowers. In leu of flowers (she was allergic to most, especially mums lol) I would like to ask for donations for her final expenses to help lighten the load for our family.
