A cherished staff member at San Diego Yacht Club, Arturo Abrego, passed away on Tuesday, July 18, 2017. Arturo, the Lead Security Officer, had been with SDYC since 1989. Usually the first person that members and guests interacted with upon arriving at the club, Arturo was a key player in shaping the full "SDYC Experience".
He will be remembered for his warm personality, infectious smile, and dedication to his job.
