Artists compensation for replacing vandalism

We at Santa Rosa Urban Arts Partnership are deeply saddened by the vandalism that occurred on the evening of May 12.   The murals painted by artists MJ Lindo, Big_Hepos, and Joshua Lawyer were aggressively splashed with white paint to obliterate the faces of the people depicted in the art.  The artists are committed to replacing the murals and more determined than ever to bring their art to the community.  Unfortunately the cost of paint is prohibitive and time devoted to the project will pull them from their work. We believe as a community we can support them through this.  Any money received over the requested amount will help SR Urban Arts bring more art to the public through artist funding and incidentals.
