Community Member,
I have surrendered in flow with what started as a crucial 24 hours to raise
$7,925 to — ensure the means and safe travels to move into an apartment from the start of April.
Between the tight turn around of an emergency (as I have a bad habit of waiting until the last minute to ask for help) and it being Easter weekend, my first attempts at fundraising though grateful w/ results, I have yet to accomplish the goal of acquiring long-term housing.
To remain pro-active, I have been planting both my concentration and actions on marketing my practice and completing art grant applications. I have also been focusing on the production & sales of my work, completing a personal record of 3 Tapestry Sculptures in this time frame. They are:

Tapestry of Braids #4 (Woven while Enjoying my Return to my Toni Morrison Library Que)
