Hi, my name is Juliana and Anthony Kirk is my 48 year old nephew. Kirk was living his best life as a chef, being the best husband to his wife Diana and soccer dad to his 4 children when Cancer stepped in. He had surgery to remove one of his kidneys and has been out of work since his initial diagnosis. Since his surgery and discharge, he had to be readmitted for clots on his lungs.
