My name is Ananiah Chavez, daughter of Anthony Chavez, 45. Yesterday my dad was crossing in a cross walk and was hit and ran over in Santa Cruz county. My dear dad has 3 girls and 1 boy who love him very much. My father was taken away from us. No goodbye, no more singing to me over the phone. My dad was a loving, cheerful, and talented young man who touched the lives of anyone who crossed his path. Whether it was his smile, blue eyes, or jokes. I am so saddened to be sitting here writing this and am at loss of words to say. Daddy I will miss your big beautiful blue eyes. Your beautiful smile and your strong hugs.
