Annette Collins passed away on Tuesday, November 9 after being hospitalized in ICU in Lacrosse, WI due to complications from COVID-19. Annette had been medflighted to Lacrosse and was receiving life support care after being sedated. Annette's medical bills are expected to be great and Annette's children can use all the financial help they can get as they work through this challenging time.
