Angie's Kidney Transplant Expenses

This drive is for Angie (Baldwin) Davis as she waits for a transplant. Angie is a Military wife of nearly 23 years, a mother to 8  children (ages 21 to 3 years) and  grandmother to a beautfiul grandaughter.
Angie has End-Stage Renal failure. Renal Failure has stolen many of her good days, she finds it difficult to enjoy her husband, her children, and has been forced put her life on hold. 
Please help us as we fight this disease along side her, help us find a donor and to help relieve the financial stress this has placed on her and her family.

Normal blood pressure
No diabetes
BMI (Body Mass Index) must be under 32
You must be under 65
*Blood Type O is preferred in Angie's case due to her rare blood type/antibody count.

"I have an autoimmune disease that attacked my kidneys 3 years ago. It is called IGA Nephropathy. Three years ago, my blood pressure rose and we could not get it under control which lead to rapid kidney loss. I started dialysis 2 1/2 years ago and have had many problems arise from the dialysis. My only hope to a partially normal life and to be the mom I desire to be to my 8 children, is a transplant. Transplants are expensive. Our insurance will pay for partial but we will be responsible for the remainder of the expenses as I recover away from home." - Angie

UPDATE: (10/21/17)
Angie has recivied her new kidney. She is still recovering in Kansas City and is expected to stay near the hospital for at least a month. We are so excited that this day has finally come!
