Angel Gardner Hurricane Relief

Angel Gardner is a friend in the keys and lost everything, home, clothes, money, the works. She is in dire straights and needs some help. FEMA gave her the run around with some long applications and forms. I'd like to see if my Potomac crowd can pull off some aide for her and her four girls living in their minivan.
