Guymans ashes

As most of u know my cousin died on the 13th and as per conversation cause the director of the funeral home knows my fam the 2300 wasn't a big issue but know they are holding his ashes hostage till it's paid ,all I'm asking is any help at all possible to get him home with his wife and kids
