Aliza's Healing Journey

Aliza – ‘Liz’ as you may know her - has been 'my person' since we were 16years old. She’s my partner in crime, confidant and colleague. She’s been bringing her big generous sunny heart to so many of you too, as well as making many of you piss yourselves laughing.

And now, having lived the past year with a diagnosis of stage 4 ovarian cancer, it’s her who needs us.

She’s been keeping her healing journey close for the past year in order to stay calm, hopeful, and able to listen deeply to her truth and choices for treatments.

Aliza dislikes the idea of reaching out for financial help, having been independent her whole life. Those of you lucky enough to have her in your lives, will know her as her as a giver - never a taker. Even so, she’s agreed to my setting up this page out of a growing necessity and is overwhelmed with deep gratitude at people's generosity.

She has asked please not to engage in direct conversations about her diagnosis with her and that you don’t rush to contact her - as she is already overwhelmed by the outpouring of love. Please know that she is really deeply touched and thankful to you for your love, support, and understanding.
