Aliquippa Police Chief Sealock-Memorial Fund

Honoring our Fallen Brother Aliquippa Police Chief Robert Sealock - End of Watch April 11, 2020

Acting Police Chief Sealock passed away from complications of an asthma attack following a foot pursuit on March 26, 2020.  Chief Sealock served his department for 23 years.  Chief Sealock was loved by his fellow officers, family and friends, and the community he served.  

Sealock had a spark about him that was contagious.  From the time you met him, he was a person that you wanted around.  He made you feel special and always put a smile on your face.   As a fellow officer, Sealock was a man of guidance and understanding and even on the worst calls, he could always uplift those around him.  He was well-respected within the law enforcement community and on the street. To say that he was loved by his community is not enough.  I cannot count the number of times I have responded to a call and the first thing I would be asked is "Where's Sealock? I want to talk to Sealock."  If you needed advice on how to handle a case, Sealock was your guy, and even if he did not know the answer, he would go above and beyond to find you one.  There was never a problem too big or too small for him.  If you needed an ear to listen - Sealock.  If you needed to hear a harsh truth - Sealock.   But most of all, if you needed a laugh - Sealock.  Oh, could that man make you laugh.  His presence will be missed by all those who knew him and the sting of his death will always be felt.  Those who knew him will never stop mourning.  May you rest in peace Robbie.  You are gone, but you will never be forgotten.  

The fundraiser is being organized by fellow brothers and sisters of local police officers that served with Chief Sealock.  Our goal is to raise money for Chief Sealock's wife, Donna Sealock, for funeral expenses, to cover ongoing expenses to their home, and any additional expenses Donna may face in upcoming times of uncertainty and all proceeds will go directly to her.
