Ale's Big Day

My name is Alejandra Juarez and for as long as I can remember, I have suffered from the growth of polyps due to my severe everyday allergies. These polyps have developed inside of my nose many years ago but have only grown as time went on, to the point where these past two years I have lost my sense of smell and taste. This struggle has taken a detrimental toll on my mental stability, I feel as if I have no control over my nose (nasal dripping, struggling to breathe while sleeping, etc) and struggle to build the confidence to live my day-to-day life. I have finally built up the courage to talk to an ENT (Ears, Nose, Throat Specialist) to see what can be done.
My doctor, Dr.  Richard Newman, discovered the polyps and referred me to Dr. Daniel Fleming for the surgical removal of them. 

Below are CT scans of people with normal sinuses and open nasal cavities. The black in the skull is the open airway for people to breathe.

Below are my CT scans. The black in my scans are missing almost entirely and it reveals how my airways are borderline closed completely.

However, the cost of the surgery must be paid upfront before my surgery and I am in need of help to cover the expenses of $3,000.
