My parents Aida and Joe Santos and thier dog Juno were rescued by boat on Monday due to flood waters entering thier home by Hurricaine Harvey in Richmond , Texas.  They are in a shelter sleeping on the floor with Juno in a kennel.  The aftermath they will have to face is devistating. Anything will help, and would be so greatly appreciated.  They have no flood insurance because they were in a no flood zone.
