Help Shaun Ferguson Recover from a Head Injury

Yesterday, my brother, Shaun Ferguson, was in an accident that left him with severe head trauma. He was initially taken by ambulance to Franciscan Crown Point and then urgently transferred to the University of Chicago Neuro ICU due to the severity of his injuries.

Shaun has suffered multiple skull and facial fractures as well as several brain bleeds, which, thankfully, are now stable. However, his recovery will be long and challenging. He remains at University of Chicago and is not expected to be released for several days.

As you can imagine, this has placed a tremendous financial strain on his family. Shaun will be unable to work for quite some time, and we are seeking support to help cover:

• Medical expenses

• Household bills and daily necessities

• Any unexpected costs related to his recovery
