Aid Robert's Journey to Full Recovery

This is my son, Robert. He’s 25 years old, a dedicated gym enthusiast with aspirations to join the Fire Department. He is an incredible, considerate, and generous young man who brings joy and laughter to those around him.

In January, Robert began feeling sick. By March, a 10 cm mass was discovered near his right lung, leading to a diagnosis of Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma. He has since completed six rounds of R-EPOCH chemotherapy at MUSC Hospital in Charleston, SC, receiving treatment every two weeks. Despite his strength and resilience, a recent PET scan showed residual cancer. The next step in his recovery is CAR-T therapy, scheduled to begin on December 3, 2024. This treatment is expected to last around 30 days, with daily cognitive assessments as a precaution against potential side effects.

Our goal is to help Robert achieve a full recovery. Given the urgency of his upcoming treatment and the physical and mental toll this has taken on Robert, he hasn’t had the opportunity to secure financial aid. With only minimal coverage from his medical insurance, he now needs to raise funds not only for this next critical stage of treatment but also to cover the costs of the treatment he has already received.
