Aid Lola’s Journey to Healing

Lola was found on street in terrible condition. This poor girl is missing part of her face most likely due to a massive infection. She has been diagnosed with calicivirus - a highly dangerous viral infection that has ravaged her body. The damage is devastating: necrosis of the soft tissues in her mouth, deep lesions on her cheek and gums, and destruction of the bones in both her upper and lower jaw. Every movement of her mouth brings pain, making it almost impossible for her to eat. Her immune system is critically weakened, leaving her body struggling to fight.

Right now, she is undergoing intensive treatment. Lola’s recovery will be long and difficult. She will need complex surgery. Please help us give her the chance she deserves.
