Aide for an Army vet who sufferd a stroke

Hello, my name is Jennifer Adkins. My husband, Adam Adkins, recently suffered a stroke. He will be having surgery on june 11th to close the holes in his heart which is what they belive caused the stroke. shortly after the surgert he suffered a heart attack and after fighting with lupus for years He is currently the only income in our household. He is a 10-year Army veteran who deployed to Afghanistan and served his country. He was in the 101st Airborne Division and gave so much for his country. He has been out of work since the stroke happend and only gets 200 a week from short term disability and we are falling behind in all of our bills. Anything helps thanks in advance!

He is currently unable to return to work due to the complications from his stroke and has also found out he has blockages in his heart due to the lupus. We currently have 6 children between us and have no source of income at the moment. I plead with you to find it in your hearts to help us through these hard times
