Aid Brian's Journey with Frontotemporal Dementia
Donation protected
At just 56 years old, our beloved Brian was recently diagnosed with Frontotemporal Dementia (FTD), a rare and heartbreaking neurological condition that slowly affects personality, behavior, language, and the ability to manage daily life. Early symptoms of FTD are subtle and can appear up to 3.5 years before an official diagnosis. This news has turned our world upside down.
Brian is a proud Air Force Vet who enjoys spending time with friends and family. His warmth, quick wit, and smile could light up any room. He’s full of life, known for enjoying sports, and attending games-anything related to the Dodgers, Lakers and Steelers. This diagnosis has brought a rapid and unexpected shift in his ability to work, communicate, and carry out basic everyday tasks. It has also placed an immense emotional and financial burden on Brian and his mom Margaret.
We are raising funds to help with the growing day-to-day expenses that come with this diagnosis, including:
Specialized care and supervision
Home modifications to ensure safety
Therapy and medical costs not covered by insurance
Daily living needs and most importantly the ability to keep and stay in the home that he worked so very hard for.
FTD progresses over time, and our goal is to give Brian the highest possible quality of life, surrounded by love, safety, and dignity. Every donation — no matter how small — will make a difference. If you’re unable to give, sharing this page means the world to us.
Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your compassion and support during this incredibly difficult time.
With love and gratitude.
